COURSE OVERVIEW:

This program will take participants on an intensive hands-on experience introducing the innovative Bioclear Method and injection molding technique to predictably complete the following restorative situations: Deep Class III, black triangle resolution, diastema closure and the Class II restoration.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

  1. Gain familiarity with aspects of aesthetic determinants
  2. Discuss composite options as well as determinants for matrix selection in the posterior and anterior dentition
  3. Systematise preparation protocols such as isolation and particle abrasion   for carious and non-carious restorations
  4. Understand the methodologies available for direct composite including layering and injection molding.
  5. Discuss polishing techniques

Dr Arthur R. Volker

Dr. Volker graduated from the Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. He is the current Vice-President and a member of the Continuing Education Committee for the New York State Academy of General Dentistry. Additionally, he was a clinical attending at the Coler-Goldwater Specialty Hospital and Nursing Facility on Roosevelt Island, and is in private practice in New York. Dr. Volker has published articles and lectures extensively on such topics as cosmetic dentistry, minimally invasive dentistry, dental materials and dental implants.
