STATMATIC smart takes care of a thorough internal cleaning and maintenance of dental instruments like contra angles and turbines. In the standard program “Cleaning and maintenance” the automated cleaning and maintenance process takes only about 3 minutes per instrument. During the gentle cleaning process a special, non fixing liquid cleaner efficiently removes bacteria, germs and other dirt from the water and air channels as well as the hollow cavities. The maintenance of the internal components helps to ensure the longevity of the instruments.

During the automated processes cleaner and oil are dosed exactly and economically so that dosing mistakes and costs can be reduced.

The display of the STATMATIC smart shows program details and allows for easy operation, and with it’s compact design STATMATIC smart saves valuable space in the hygiene room. For convenience, the USB-Stick and test adapter can also be stored space-saving within the unit, under its cover.

For safety and traceability purposes all cycles are documented automatically and can easily be transferred to a computer by using the USB key provided.

Four different cleaning and maintenance programs offer flexibility and correspond to the different requirements of instruments and offices as well as to the individual procedures. In addition the unit is equipped with a separate tip for the specific maintenance of the chuck, in order to maintain its optimal retention force.
