1 x Adjustable Push-Pull Instrument

The Adjustable Push-Pull is a posterior instrument that is designed to expand or contract to fit a variety of preparation sizes in order to expand and oppose Evolve and Biofit matrices to ensure tight broad contacts.

One side is self-adjusting and is used for small cavity preps. The second side has an adjustable button that expands or contracts the tines to fit a wider range of tooth sizes. The numbers on the side of the instrument give an approximation of where the button should be placed in order to fit that cavity prep width.
Rounded tips on both sides ensure that the Adjustable Push-Pull does not perforate or dimple the matrix when adjusting. It is comprised of stainless steel for durability and strength

As the Bioclear Matrix does most of the work these are the only instruments needed for most composite restorations using the Bioclear Matrix System.
