How do I register for an online account?
To register for an online account visit https://optident.co.uk/my-account/?action=register and fill in all the details.
You will then receive confirmation of either acceptance or rejection over email 24-48 hours after registering. Please ensure that you check spam folders to ensure that you have received this email.

My online account is not yet verified, how can I get online?
If you are struggling to log on 24-48 hours after registering and you have received verification confirmation, please contact email@example.com.
I can’t see prices on the website
To see prices on the Optident website, please log on to your online account. If you do not have an online account you can register for one here https://optident.co.uk/my-account/?action=register.
If you are logged on and cannot see the prices of any of the products, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or chat with our sales team on the live chat feature as we can fix this for you.
How do I change my account details?
For customers with an online account, please log on and visit https://optident.co.uk/my-account/edit-account/, change your account details and then click “SAVE CHANGES”.
For customers who do not have an online account, please contact our helpful staff on 01943 605050, email email@example.com or chat with our sales team on the live chat feature to ask for changes to your account.
How can I change my password?
To reset your password, log in and go to https://optident.co.uk/my-account/edit-account/ and change your password then click “SAVE CHANGES”.
If you have forgotten or lost your password you can reset your password by visiting the lost password page here https://optident.co.uk/my-account/lost-password/ and inserting your username or email address. You should receive an email with a link to change your password.

Do I need an account to order?
To order online, you need to register an online account here https://optident.co.uk/my-account/?action=register but for those who want to order over the phone or over email, our sales team will set up an account for you and help you process your order.
Can I use my home address for my account?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept accounts that use home addresses, please use your practice or business address when registering your account.
I am struggling to log onto my account.
If you are attempting to log on please ensure you are using the correct username or email address of your account. If you have forgotten your password you can reset your password on this page https://optident.co.uk/my-account/lost-password/ by inserting your username or email address. If you have not received a password reset email within 1 hour please either email email@example.com or chat to our sales team on the live chat function of the website.
If you have forgotten your username or email that you used, please either email firstname.lastname@example.org or chat to our sales team on the live chat function of the website and mention your postcode or account number and we can check your account.
I am a … what can I order?
Dentists – If you are a practicing dentist with a registered GDC number in the UK you are able to set up an account and purchase anything from Optident.
On behalf of a dentist – If you are ordering on behalf of a practicing dentist with a registered GDC number or on a practice account, you can order anything from Optident with the account holder’s permission.
Hygienists – If you are a hygienist with a registered GDC number you can order everything from Optident apart from any pharmaceutical or whitening products.
Corporates or Institutions – If you are ordering on behalf of your corporate or institution, you are unable to register an online account so for more information on the products available to you or to place your order please contact 01943 605050 or email@example.com.
Laboratories – If you are ordering on behalf of your laboratory, you are unable to register an online account so please contact 01943 605050 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on the products available to you or to place an order.
Tattoo Studios – If you are ordering from a tattoo parlour or studio, please contact 01943 605050 or email@example.com as you are unable to register for an online account but can order some items from our team.
Members of the public or patients – If you are a member of the general public or a patient, you are unable to order anything from Optident. If you want to learn more about dental products or services, please get in touch with your dentist.
I am waiting for my order; can I track the delivery?

How do I pay for my orders?
The Optident sales team cannot take credit card or payment information so to make a payment on your account please contact our Accounts Department on 01634 877454 or alternatively please contact our Customer Service Department on 08000 281533.
My order is wrong, how can I rectify this?
If your order has been invoiced incorrectly, you have received the wrong product or your item has been delivered to the incorrect address, please contact the Optident sales team on 01943 605050 or email email@example.com.
Can I see my previous orders or invoices?
If you have an online account, you are able to view your previous orders and statements by logging in and visiting here for orders https://optident.co.uk/my-account/optidentorders/ and here for statements https://optident.co.uk/my-account/statements/.

Is my order on backorder?
If you have ordered over the phone, our sales team will have outlined that the product you have ordered is on backorder and delivery may be delayed.

Can all customers order pharmaceutical items?
Only GDC registered dental professionals are authorised to purchase pharmaceutical items from Optident.
I can’t find the product I am looking for on the website.
To find dental products on the Optident website you can either navigate to the Products section here https://optident.co.uk/products/ and choose either the Product Type or Brand of your choice.
Alternatively, you can use the search bar at the top of every page and search for the name of the dental product you are looking for.
