The Aligner training course allows you to combine cosmetic treatments to achieve a stunning smile in one treatment process.
Course Speaker
Dr. Kelly Toft qualified from Guys, Kings and St Thomas’ in 2003 and completed VT training in Dorset. She worked as a clinical supervisor at the Otago Dental School in New Zealand for a year before returning to the same practice and has been there ever since!
Kelly has always had an interest in orthodontics and found IAS Academy fulfilled her need to be able to integrate it into general practice. She completed the Inman course in 2015 and then worked her way up to completing the Advanced course in 2019.
She is a trainer and mentor on the fixed and aligner forums. Always happy to give advice and tips she’s picked up along the way. She lives in Dorset with her husband and two children
The aligner course covers all aspects of treatment from diagnosis, assessment, case evaluation, to fitting and then retention. After this course, attendees will be able to handle simple to moderate cases immediately. It is proven that getting started quickly will help you introduce clear aligners into your practice. You’re supported every step of the way with an online mentoring system, where your cases are checked for suitability, your records are assessed, and assistance can be given at any point through treatment.
Included is access to the mentoring platform, allowing clinicians to post their first case for Suitability Checks, Treatment Plan Discussions and Full Case Support.
